Good morning and happy Tuesday friends! As I mentioned yesterday in my 5 Weekly Graces post, last week I finally finished creating my 101 in 1001 list!
For those who are not familiar, the 101 in 1001 is a list of 101 things you set out to accomplish in 1001 days (roughly 2.75 years). Your goals should be attainable, but also stretch yourself and I think I chose ideas that will do just that.
I began my list a long while back, but in typical Sarah fashion, got stuck at about #70 and set it aside. Luckily, some friends and fellow bloggers have been sharing the progress on their lists and inspiration struck!
And so, I present to you, my own 101 in 1001. I tried to find a good balance of practical goals (passing comps and getting a job) and some loftier dreams that have been on my bucket list for a while now (ahem, running a marathon and going skydiving).

linking up with Macy as a group of us move through our 101 in 1001! #my101in1001
I've been wanting to create a 1001 in 101 post so much! I love the diversity of the items on your list. I love the idea of putting $10 in savings for every goal accomplished! That would definitely keep me motivated.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Tiffany! I'm hoping it keeps me motivated! And you should totally create one! It was a little rough to think of 101 things, but in the end it is so so exciting to see your list and all of the adventures to be had!

Do you have a website that actually counted out the days for you for when your list would be due to be done? I know there used to be one years back, when this was called Project Zero, or something like that, but I think that website is long gone now, haha. I've been creating lists like this for YEARS, but have never stuck to them. You've inspired me to try to write one out and actually STICK to it this time. Heh. ;)
ReplyDeleteHi Mandy! I actually just googled it, haha. But here's the link Google too me to: http://www.convertunits.com/dates/daysfromnow/1000 . I'm so honored to have inspired you! Let me know when you finish your list. I would love to see it!

I love your list and I am so excited to follow along! I was just talking to my mom about needing to know my blood type ;) Thanks so much for linking up!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Macy! You'd think that I would know it by now, but I've been fortunate enough to never need to. Can't wait to see your progress on your list!

Great list! I am so excited to follow along with everyone on the link-up!
ReplyDeleteMe too Jenn! It's so much fun to have a community around the challenge. Thanks so much for stopping by!

I love your idea of completely unplugging for a weekend! That would definitely have been a tough one for me!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Ashley. It is definitely a toughy. I technically did it last weekend while on a retreat, but think I should set aside a weekend outside of "forced" unplugging. Thanks for stopping by!
